At the heart of Nobel Razon Coaching
Real-world tools and stories to help you thrive - one episode at a time.
About Nobel
Born in Istanbul in 1960, Nobel Razon’s journey has been shaped by change, adaptation and a lifelong
curiosity about human potential. After graduating from Robert College, she continued her studies at
Boğaziçi University before moving to Israel, where she lived for twelve years. Returning to Türkiye after a
period filled with significant experiences and challenges, she became a full-time mother in 1993.
Her desire to become a better role model for her daughter led her to personal development in 1999. Over the years, she took part in a wide range of programmes—not only as a participant, but also as an organiser, assistant and translator. Each experience deepened her understanding of how people grow, navigate change and reconnect with their own inner resources.
The idea of becoming a coach took shape during the pandemic. At a time marked by uncertainty, isolation
and a rapidly changing world, Nobel became increasingly aware of people’s profound need to be seen, heard and able to express themselves openly. She came to believe that one of the most valuable things we can offer another person is our full presence—and the experience of being truly listened to.
In 2022, she began her professional coaching education at Adler Coaching School, graduating in 2024. She later continued her development through Gestalt Coaching Training, receiving her certification in July 2026, and successfully completed the ICF ACC examination in August 2026.

Mission
I am passionate about helping individuals to “be more”: more themselves, more content, more balanced, more satisfied. I believe in the good in people and in the infinite potential of the human mind. Focusing on the good and using more of the potential leads to transformation, satisfaction and happiness. Contributing to and witnessing the process brings me joy and happiness and that is my purpose in my coaching (and life!)
Nobel's Coaching Philosophy
Today, Nobel brings together decades of lived experience, personal development and professional coaching practice. Her approach is calm, attentive and deeply human.
Rather than telling people who they should become or which path they should follow, she creates space for them to recognize their own strengths, hear their own voice and discover answers that genuinely belong to them.
She believes that meaningful change does not begin by focusing on what is missing. It begins by recognizing what is already present: our values, resources, possibilities and capacity to choose. Through coaching, Nobel supports individuals in becoming more connected to themselves, more
balanced in their lives and more intentional in the way they move forward.
For Nobel, coaching is both a profession and a purpose: to be of service, to make a meaningful difference and to accompany people as they build a more authentic relationship with themselves and their lives—as
they are.
